RE: Should we ban glitter?
I'd prefer to see people educated to use things responsibly, rather than have things banned.

With the possible exception of Gary Glitter, who probably should be banned. Tongue

Ban those little gold flakes from booze.

Don't let those gnomes and their illusions get you down. They're just gnomes and illusions.

RE: Should we ban glitter?
I just volunteered at an event that involved kids, lots of paper, bottles of glue and glitter. The amount of glitter being thrown into the trash made me very upset.

I didn't say anything at the time because I was so busy but I am going to reach out to the organizers. I also found out they use the decorations once, then throw everything away!
It was incredibly wasteful.

I'm still finding glitter in my belly button from my bachelor party 35 years ago. Yes, the damned stuff should be banned from the planet.

#sigh

What should be banned? Your belly button or bachelor parties? Huh

"YMCA", of course.

RE: Should we ban glitter?
I hate glitter. But ban? No. I don't want to ban things just because I hate them, and I don't think it would be helpful do so either. The only time we should ban things are if it is incredibly dangerous...like nuclear weapons, machine guns, nitroglycerin, live dangerous viruses we've eradicated, etc. Outside of that, you're going to have a tough sell with me.
