C'mon guys. Either stop dancing with the Poe, or realize that if he's legit that he's literally too stupid to be worth your time.

You know what?

You're right.

*finally places Borg on ignore*

Then it's also obvious that you've never read it thoroughly...

How old was Ahaziah when he began to rule over Jerusalem?
Twenty-two (2 Kings 8:26)
Forty-two (2 Chronicles 22:2)

God sent his prophet to threaten David with how many years of famine?
Seven (2 Samuel 24:13)
Three (I Chronicles 21:12)

Who incited David to count the fighting men of Israel?
God did (2 Samuel 24: 1)
Satan did (I Chronicles 2 1:1)

How many fighting men were found in Judah?
Five hundred thousand (2 Samuel 24:9)
Four hundred and seventy thousand (I Chronicles 21:5)

The chief of the mighty men of David lifted up his spear and killed how many men at one time?
Eight hundred (2 Samuel 23:8)
Three hundred (I Chronicles 11: 11)

How did Simon Peter find out that Jesus was the Christ?
By a revelation from heaven (Matthew 16:17)
His brother Andrew told him (John 1:41)

Did Judas kiss Jesus?
Yes (Matthew 26:48-50)
No, Judas could not get close enough to Jesus to kiss him (John 18:3-12)

Did Herod want to kill John the Baptist?
Yes (Matthew 14:5)
No, It was Herodias, the wife of Herod who wanted to kill him. (Mark 6:20)

I challenge you to choose just TWO of these contradictions in the bible, and discuss them briefly. I could list dozens more if you're unhappy discussing these particular ones.

Huh

I'm a creationist... I believe that man created God.

RE: Simple but powerful proof of Jesus Christ.
This is proof of how Christianity was ripped off from many prior religions.

I have a website here which discusses the issues and terminology surrounding religion and atheism. It's hopefully user friendly to all.

I keep logging in everyday thinking theBorg has been banned. Sadly not so.

I get to decide what my life looks like, not the other way around.

Learn to read between the lines: "(About) Five hundred thousand",
"Three hundred (and 5 hundred)".

Yeah, when you can't understand anything you read, the bible makes a lot more sense. Laughat

Reading comprehension is inversely proportional to biblical inerrancy.

RE: Simple but powerful proof of Jesus Christ.
Every morning I log into this site and come to this thread with the hopes that I will see a line though theBorg's name with banned underneath. My hope is it comes soon as he has absolutely nothing of value to rational thought and is incapable of discussing simple topics.

My hope still remains.

I get to decide what my life looks like, not the other way around.

Reading comprehension is inversely proportional to biblical inerrancy.

> “The inspiration of the Bible depends upon the ignorance of the gentleman who reads it.” (Robert G. Ingersoll)

> "We discover in the gospels a groundwork of vulgar ignorance, of things impossible, of superstition, fanaticism and fabrication ." (Thomas Jefferson)

> Over more than the past four and a half decades I have read six different versions of the Bible in their entirety. The Bible is nothing more than a book of mythology, no more credible than the scriptures of other religions. It is the product of ignorant, fallible men, reflecting the fears, prejudices and superstitions of the times in which it was written.
