Skeptic's Annotated Bible
I highly recommend the Skeptic's Annotated Bible for anybody who hasn't yet come across it. It not only lists the atrocities and contradictions in the bible, but also has categories for things that are absurd, family values, women, homosexuals, science and history, sex, prophecy, etc.
There are also links at the top of the page for an annotated Quran and Book of Mormon. It's a good resource for quickly looking up the specific contradiction, atrocious act, etc. if you tend to get into biblical debates with theists.
