This not only made me smile, but made my day: I'm riding the bus, and a boy in a stroller is in front of me. A passenger on the bus starts playing peek-a-boo with him. What does the little toddler do? He takes it up a notch, using the hood of his stroller to play, hiding his face when it's down, and peeking when he pushes it up again. So cute! Faith in humanity: restored! Big Grin

I was watching my son do "jumping jacks" earlier. He was mostly just jumping around and throwing his hands up hopping with his legs out. He couldn't quite get the concept of when you jump with your legs out, then your arms go up. It was amazing. He was having fun.

I also love hearing him giggle at funny kitten videos on YouTube. There's something spectacular about a child's laughter = )

I'd rather live in uncomfortable reality than blissful ignorance, any day.

Speaking of things that make me smile and reality...

Have you guys ever seen the look a child gets when you reveal that santa doesn't exist, in the bluntest way possible?

oh it just makes me smile.
