I got a Woodsman's Pal the other day. Holy fuck! Why didn't I get one years ago? Shocking

I'll tell you why - I have a machete and it seemed an unnecessary expense.
Well, I've never been happy with the machete - machete's suck, the design is bad.

This thing is awesome - cuts through 1"+ live wood like butter. Clearing vines in the orchard is so much easier with this tool. Yes

It still involves blood, sweat, and dirt - but the progress is faster.


Edit: Anybody want a machete?

Thanks! I made it in Adobe Illustrator. It's basically the A symbol merged with a toothed gear, and then extruded via the 3D feature. Then I added a shadow.

The larger version shows the details better.
