Sorry. Any time I draw labs on a post op heart and the potassium lab value comes back as 3.9 or lower I have to wait on my slow as shit computer program to process the electrolyte replacement protocol - where I either give IV KCl, by mouth, or per tube. So when it's 4.0 I ain't gotta do shit.

I had a young teen on tele the other day. Rate of 25. Not an escape rhythm. Facepalm They figured it was low K+. It wasn't. It was bulemia. Holy crap.
