Over here you can get young 'nurses' poking around at any age (for an appropriate fee).

Don't feel bad about your age. My mother is 80 today. I'll be 51 next week.

To celebrate mathematically, as a present, I'm getting 3 x 17 year old 'nurses' to give me a thorough examination.

32 is a wonderful age. How will you be celebrating?
