Well this worked out well:

Today there were two groups of walk-throughs for potential employees, one of them being a former Marine (the pathological liar claims to be well experienced ex military), the annoying liar says "that's my kinda coworker, then proceeded to tell an unrelated story that while he was in the middle east he was catching a breaze and removing his kevlar gear and heard "dinking" sounds that he attributed to his buddies "throwing rocks for fun". Next thing he knows his sergeant was tackling him to get him down because the dinking noise was actually sniper fire.

He wrapped it up by stating that the majority of deaths are "young snipers getting you but it takes 4 or 5 shots".

This is not the most asinine story he's told and I've barely been there 4 months.

You win this round.

Now, I'm not a military person or such, but I'm pretty sure most military deaths in Afghanistan and Iraq were the result of IEDs... I can't imagine incompetent snipers being so prevalent, even if we assume all Coalition personnel were retarded enough to take off their armour in zones they were likely to come under fire in. I know that shit gets hot, but come on. And yes I know not every sniper is going to be Simo Häyhä incarnate, but I get the feeling even desperate insurgents don't send the guys who need 5 shots to take down a stationary, unarmoured soldier down to do their sniping...

Again, I'm not a military guy... Where's Yakherder when you need him?

The people closely associated with the namesake of female canines are suffering from a nondescript form of lunacy.

How bout another round:

Claims he was not only part of, but the founder of a motorcycle club in California that is supposedly some internationally spread club now and that he and his gang escorted DMX somewhere.

Around Christmas time he went on family vacation to see wife's family somewhere in Texas and came back with a story that after getting into a verbal altercation with a black lesbian, she advised the police on him because he carries a 9" blade on his hip (never seen it) and that 6 squad cars showed up and forced him to the ground at gun point.

It's worth mentioning, Free Thought, that this fellow has been in Oklahoma and employed at our place of work for over 2 years now, still has no car and requires a ride everyday (fortunately we work 12 hour shifts so only 7 days every two weeks), and considering the location we make pretty good money.

There are still a few more ridiculous stories to share.

Talking to a woman at work the other day and she was lamenting that she is starting to get some wrinkles around her eyes. She then said, "Well, I am almost 30." Blink

I just looked at her and said that I am almost 60. Then I realized that's the first time I have said that....I am almost, gasp, 60. Weeping

See here they are the bruises some were self-inflicted and some showed up along the way. - JF

It still beats the alternative. Yes

I've been relying on peanut butter as a pick-me-up far too often lately. Confused

And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces
