I remember that. I kinda thought it was a dick move.

It does take balls though.

Whatever it takes to give 'em the shaft. Taint the books.

RE: Snopes: CLAIM: Atheists are trying to ban Bibles from all hotel rooms
If we want to fight and hate each other then let's fight against the bible in hotel rooms.

But if we want to be more happy and more united then let's keep the bible in the hotel room and let's have some other books for atheists, Muslims, etc.
And let every person to choose what to read.

But it looks like many of us prefer to fight and hate while preaching about love and tolerance. Many of us only like to preach about peace.
Their lips are close to peace and love but their hearts are very far away from it.

They've tried that in numerous places across the US (mostly on government property); but when the Christians are forced to share their privilege of putting their stuff around (as opposed to them not doing it any more), they almost always back up and kamikaze so nobody gets to do it.

The people closely associated with the namesake of female canines are suffering from a nondescript form of lunacy.

What we need are bookmarks with a list of selected verses for them to read. It could start off with some relatively innocuous ones and move on to the really gory stuff.

I'd like to make copies of the Quran dustjacket and when staying at a hotel cover the bible with it, kinda like the recent Dutch pranksters.

And if I were more sophisticated and had the means it would be interesting to make a Quran/Bible mashup. Rebind the two books together. Do you suppose anyone in a hotel room reading this holy text mashup would even notice? Doubt it.

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

I know. And this is also part of the problem. Or they are part of the problem.

Quoting the Bible will not soon become illegal in Cincinnati.

The religious just love to play the martyrs and the underdogs, too bad it isn’t true.

I live in Cincinnati and this is the first I'm hearing of this.
