And yes. When your brain ceases to function you are pronounced dead. And so you are dead before your brain starts to function. Just logical."

Maybe it's just my theism. But I say life is from the moment of the union of the meosis cells. And all that talk of logic is reminding me of Mr. Spock.

Said the guy advocating for the legalization of murdering someone who has less of a say than the woman.

There is no 'someone' so it is not murder.

Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.

Well, it isn't so just because you say so.

You're all hopeless Tongue

Whatever, I guess we disagree on something so basic we can't even talk about it.

The problem is that you refuse to accept facts.

I say life begins at ejaculation and masturbation is mass murder, then.

It's a question of where you draw the line. You clearly draw the line in a different place than many people here. I would say viability would be a better cutoff, until which time the woman's life is the only one that really matters.

You say that like it's a bad thing.

Oh yeah, I forgot that most theists don't like logic and prefer flimsy appeals to emotion instead. Seriously though, are you saying logic is a bad thing in an argument? [*scratches head*]

That is not an argument. I have presented logical arguments. You haven't.

So what do you think of turning off life support when someone is brain dead? We must keep the tissue alive - forever? We could, you know.

I agree with the first part; as to the second part I was attempting to add humor to ease the tension. Thumbsup Take a like for your response!
