No we did not stain it, he just got the microscope and we are just getting familiarized with using it.

Would you expect to see nothing but epithelial tissue when looking at a blood slide without any dye? The majority of what we see is these things, and we can make out the donut shape of the blood cells so were quite sure they are red blood cells.

Had to look up that last word (agglutination), again, I am not a biology buff. That is likely what is going on. We have to look into getting some dyes and something to prevent clotting.

To clarify (I think), our brother Chas is not suggesting that you ingest the Warfarin prior to drawing blood. No
