Sorry to hear about your uncle. 87 is a great time to call it a day. My dad died at 94 and the last five or six years weren't very pleasant for him. It was difficult to watch him become frail and fade away. Take care.

Shakespeare Insult 13 – Henry IV Part 1
“That trunk of humours, that bolting-hutch of beastliness, that swollen parcel of dropsies, that huge bombard of sack, that stuffed cloak-bag of guts, that reverend vice, that grey Iniquity, that father ruffian, that vanity in years?”

So... local legendry ain't enough for ya? Tongue

Ya know who else died recently? Zombie Cat.

I just don't "processes correctly" the grief function. Peeps that exist, can only exist in my mind, and as long as I remember, there ain't no death. Undecided

Thanks for the kind words all ya big lugs. Gosh darn.

Dancing With The Stars, you're right. 87 is pretty well-done. Especially in my Dad's family. They all died either really young or in middle age. This uncle was the eldest and out-lived them all. He was in good enough health that ErxoBro and I were commiserating today over the fact that now we'll never know how long he might have made it. Weeping

This type of story is one of those where the circumstances has you scratching your head asking what the chances of that happening are.

My condolences Erx.

It must have been the spirit of Christ who made him such a good person. Thumbsup
