So wanna live in a theocracy ? How about Iowa.
What's up with this idiot ?
He never heard of separation of church and state.
Something must be really wrong there, as he's trying to deflect attention to the gods.

You answered your own question, Buck.

Atheism is NOT a Religion. It's A Personal Relationship With Reality!

It's true, that guy appears to be an idiot an dI don't have anything else to say that can add to the established facts of the thread, therefore;

"And, as is so often the case, the Christian right is cherry picking Bible verses. For example, Governor Branstad is happy to promote Second Chronicles 7:14, yet he is vehemently against sheltering and helping immigrant children, despite numerous BIble verses and Christian teachings to the contrary."

"BIble"...
What are you doing there, capital I?
You don't belong there!

He wants them to pray twice a day?! Two thoughts came to mind.

1. How can Christians continue to claim their own persecution for their religious beliefs and how they aren't trying to impose their beliefs on others?
2. When they pray, do they face toward Washington DC or their own state Capitol? (much like when Muslims face Mecca)

But as if to knock me down, reality came around
And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces

No, that's crazy.
They just have to set up the Christian Flag, an image of Jesus and the bible and pray facing that.
