RE: So what's the deal with conservatives and Putin
My thinking is that conservatives will sleep with an enemy, kiss the ass of a dictator, a fascist, a commie or Kim Jong Un if they think there's any chance Roe v Wade will be repealed. Well, that's my only explanation for this crazy situation.

Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors.... on Donald J. Trump:

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

Putin's the strong one. This guy can't even let a tweet pass. That is some weak arse shit. Immature as well.

I will call him a liar and a dog here and now.

Putin strong one? Making memes mocking him illegal, crying after the election or all of his action poses make me think that he is just authoritarian clown and bully. I would sooner call Gorbachev strong leader than this former KGB spook.

RE: So what's the deal with conservatives and Putin
Well, not all conservatives like Putin. McCain is probably pissing him off with his tour in support of some of our allies among the Baltic states.

I think it has a lot more to do with conservatives being willing to overlook some parts of what Russia and Putin have done because it directly benefited them in the election. "Enemy of my enemy" and all because Putin and the Russians hated Hilary enough that they found common ground to hate and lie together.

Being nice is something stupid people do to hedge their bets
