So you still want to move to Canada, eh?
Before signing those immigration papers, watch this youtube video first Laughat

To be fair:
1) Winter tires are not mandatory in Quebec before Dec 15 (just a good idea).
2) This is black ice, so winter tires wouldn't have made a difference anyway
3) This is a pretty steep side street (Beaver Hall, for those who know the city)
4) This is one of the first snowfalls of the year.
5) This is normally not a problem if you live on the Wet coast of Canada.

Enjoy

Just move to Victoria.

Check out my now-defunct atheism blog. It's just a blog, no ads, no revenue, no gods.

Reminds me of the Portland Oregon ice storm we had a few years ago. Laugh out load

It's best to just stay home in an ice storm. I don't know what people were thinking trying to drive down that hill on sheets of ice with snow falling on top. Dumb.

Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors.... on Donald J. Trump:

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

As long as they have coffee shops and vegan restaurants, I'll be fine Tongue

If it is anything like that winter we had 2 years ago, I don't know if I could handle Canada. lol
We literally had no where left to put the snow and couldn't fit our cars in the driveway unless we parked them practically on top of one another. Shocking

I am holding out hope that MA will just secede. Smile

RI seceded on May 30, 1790 and just didn't tell anybody.

That winter was fucked. Parking is already at a premium on campus, but it was much worse when entire rows are just mounds of snow!

Do like we do here in Atlanta - blame the governor. The nice thing about mass stupidity is that it is always somebody else's fault.
