A hairdresser in teh thread this was posted in said she's never seen a mannequin that looked like that. Mannequins, while creepy, aren't usually that creepy. And WTF is it doing sitting right there. Also, it's the first thing I noticed in the pic. The OP didn't notice it when he took the pic. He only saw it for the first time when he got home and checked the pics.

There's a movie called In Bruge. I highly recommend watching, it's a good weird romp. The part where the coked out midget gets kung fu chopped is priceless
