I am dissapoint. No mention of Sabaton's masterpiece: Carolus Rex.




The concept album based on the great Swedish King, Karl XII. They also sang the album in Swedish, which is what real Scandinavians listen to.

From there, Driving The Last Spike by Genesis, lyrics written by Collins. Revolves around the building of the british railroad, but it fits very well with the many railroads built around the world at the same time, in which countless lives were lost.
