Anyone else have issues with TTA being super slow?

I was just unable to reply to some posts and got the limit reached explanation, which there is no way I make dozens of posts a day. I couldn't talk in the shout box either, it said forum flooded.

I logged out and logged back in because when I read a thread and went back to New Posts it still was unread. When I logged back in I went from 1 page of unread threads to 416 pages, that is a lot of reading
