Nope; I'm not quoting the commas, only the words. The commas then separate the quotes.

From the perspective of British English, the correct way to employ the commas that separate them is outside the quotation marks, not inside:
''Home'', ''Inbox'', ''Matthias Hager'', etc. The Oxford Manual of Style (6.3 - Titles of Works).
