Thanks, I was gonna get that but I got a blast from the past Xbox 360 S bundle instead because I wanted to play Lost Odyssey again. Also comes with Far Cry 3, GTA IV, Red Dead Redemption, COD MW3 and Skyrim.

Weird. I've never experienced a bad issue with their CS. I remember when Yooka Laylee was released, I went over the 2 hour refund time (you can play a game for up to two hours and if you don't like, they will refund it) and I actually played YL for 5 hours and they still refunded me because it was just a genuinely bad game and they realized that lmao

I bought a particular game from Steam for about $50, but I didn't realize that I didn't meet the technical requirements, so I couldn't actually play the game. I downloaded it, tried to launch it, and it gave me an error message. I tried several things before realizing that nothing I was going to do was going to compensate for my missing components, and I gave up and requested the refund. Steam apparently counts set up as a part of "play time," and I left it running a few times while I did other things and researched my setup problem. So because I spent +5 hours in set up, Steam counted it as play time and told me to fuck off.

I considered disputing the charges on my card, but Steam said that if I do that, they'll lock my account so I can't access any of my other games.

Lesson learned: Don't by games from Steam. Thumbsup

RE: Steam summer sale.
The problem is, I don't game on my laptop very much, usually on a console. But the PC has much better sales prices...so I am tempted, and then buy games I never play. And I will probably do it again, because I convince myself there will come a day when I will play X. Rarely ever materializes. But her, Got Simulator is only 2 bucks. Gotta buy it. Big Grin

Got the complete Saints Row 4 package for a fiver. Not a must have game for me, but since I had fun with the previous titles, a fiver for the game and all DLCs is OK.

This is a somewhat controversial thing to say, but for me, X was where Square begin going of the tracks. By X-2, it was a trainwrek. A lot of people loved X, and it did have it's merits, but it was far too linear for my liking, the story was lacking, and the boss was incredibly stupid, unchallenging, and failed to wrap up the unsatisfying story. It did have some decent characters, and I actually loved the sphere-ball mini game thing. The graphics were very good. X-2, if I could say it had a redeeming quality it would be half-naked digital women for a young teenager?? Not very good. The first FF I failed to complete.

FFXV was a step in the right direction though. Thumbsup
