Strong underwater adhesives engineered by scientists.
Researchers have discovered new adhesives based on mussel proteins. Created using natural sticky mussel proteins and bacterial proteins found in biofilm, these adhesives work very well, even underwater. Just imagine what can be done with this, no more losing band aid's while swimming! Above water it could also be a very useful tool. That's not all though, get this. Researchers also plan on trying to create "living glues" that sense damage done to a surface then repair it by secreting an adhesive.

Sure glad I am not the only one who read "underwear". Blush

I was a little puzzled as I have never had to use adhesive to keep mine in place.

See here they are the bruises some were self-inflicted and some showed up along the way. - JF
