It's a conspiracy. Thumbsup

Syria needs to become a parking lot. So the big O goes to our NATO buddy Turkey and says, make a scene. And Turkey goes, just remember me come Christmastime. I mean, yawn.

Edit: of course I run my neck before looking stuff up. Found this bit:

RE: Syria and Turkey.
Funny you should mention this. I had to give a lecture on the conflict in Syria in Politics a few weeks ago. My teacher said that there will be no intervention in Syria, despite the fact that the responsibility to protect allows the UNO to do so. The main reason for this, so he says, is that Russia and China disagree with every decision of the UNO security council. I think that they have to agree at one point since the situation is gradually becoming worse. It would be awful if history would repeat itself in this case (Genocide in Ruanda).

I agree "Vundabar" doesn't look like Russian at all, but it certainly isn't German either, Filox! What you probably mean is "Wunderbar".

RE: Syria and Turkey.
Turkey PM Erdogan issues Syria border warning
Turkey says its military rules of engagement have changed after Syria shot down a Turkish plane that strayed into its territory.

PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan told parliament that if Syrian troops
approached Turkey's borders, they would be seen as a military threat.

Meanwhile Nato has expressed its condemnation of syrias attack as well as strong support for Turkey.

Turkey is telling Russia and China that it's no longer a matter of being unhappy with Syria's government. It's now a potential bilateral problem between Turkey and Syria.
Gog and Magog will soon be moving from the north and east to attack Jerusalem. Armageddon is in it's initial stages.

RE: Syria and Turkey.
Talk talk talk.

This is what it's all about:
Quote: He made it clear that Turkey was adopting a "common sense" attitude, although that "shouldn't be perceived as a weakness".
Gotta do something, otherwise you give off the wrong impression.
It's all politics.

Quote: But the Nato
secretary general, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, made it clear that the
alliance was not considering a collective armed response. Following an
emergency meeting in Brussels called by Turkey to discuss the downing of
the Phantom F-4, Rasmussen said the allies "expressed strong
condemnation of this completely unacceptable act" but said the
possibility of invoking article five of the North Atlantic Treaty, under
which all allies intervene to defend against any attack on any member
state, had not been discussed.
Paraphrased: we're not gonna go to war because you want to Turkey.

Because that is how Turkey is using NATO at the moment, like an extension of their own armed forces. Make themselves seem bigger to Syria. All flash and show. And it appears NATO is being sensible and not having a bar of that shit.
