TTA Forum Mascott (aka "Name the Chicken Contest")
Hey gang. As you may or may not know, I am kind of a farmer. One of the things we raise is laying hens. This summer we started a new flock. Ten hens and two roosters (two breeds). Our family tradition is that we name the roosters when they first crow, and the hens when they first lay. The Roos have their names (Leroy and NotLeroy) but the hens have just begun laying....which brings us to the topic of this thread.

I have picked one hen for you guys to name. Ain't much of a contest, since all the winner gets is bragging rights to naming the forum Mascott, but I thought it might be fun anyhow.

So without further ado.......

Myself, my wife, and my two daughters will be the judges, since we gotta live with the name. But don't be shy. As you can tell by our roosters names, we don't mind odd, different, whatever.

So.......Name That Chicken.

Daisy. Daisy was my pet chicken (eventually consumed by my gramps) when I was a little kid.
