Hehehe... it's programmer motherfucker speak. I am not worthy to parse it though... I think Tomasia should be in "" but not sure. It's something about killing every process started by Tomasia.

ps aux returns all processes in a list; includes the process owners id.

'|' is the pipe directive, so all of the previous results are passed to the next command as inputs.

grep -ie Tomasia gets all of the process name containing 'Tomasia' ignoring upper/lower case.

awk '{print $2}' lists the second column of the previous results.

xargs kill -9 takes that list and kills those processes, -9 guarantees the kill.
