RE: Tea
Tea is about the person enjoying it. So have it your way. This is why you ask guests how they want their tea.

If your tea is bitter you ain't doing it right. Either your water is too hot, your steeping time is too long, or you used too much tea (which is hard to do if you use bags but easy to do if you use loose leaf). Sweet tea is an abomination which is best confined to the U.S. Deep South with the rest of the abominations. Tongue

lol all three methinks. I use boiling water ,i leave it for a min or 4,then remove the leaves and add a psoon sugar

Tea Time
I can't remember if this thread has already been made so I'm going to make it anyway. How do you take your tea and do you have anything with it?

Morning tea: African red tea with orange people usually accompanied with an English muffin

lunch tea: Lemon and lavender tea usually with sushi or a chicken wrap

evening tea: Earl gray or chamomile with Brandy and or cream, usually after a late dinner

Wind's in the east, a mist coming in
Like something is brewing and about to begin
Can't put my finger on what lies in store
but I feel what's to happen has happened before...

RE: Tea
Very strong black tea, no milk, no sugar. I like to "dunk" a ginger biscuit into the tea for a little sweetness.
