And you are a bad person. So, have you had the time to play some games? What is with your computer? how hot is the CPU now? Have you changed the paste and put everything back firmly?

C'mon, I need the return info, or I can not know was any of my advices helpful or not.

I've been busy, I haven't had time to get around too it.
Do you know how much sleeping I've had to do this last week?
Do you know what time I woke up yesterday? 4:30pm!
I'll get around to it, don't get your panties in a twist.

Poor you. Big Grin Instead of writing this as your answer, you could have just wrote something about the PC...

There will be plenty of time for sleep when you're dead and gone. Remember... no afterlife.

My God man! You slept until afternoon and you've not gotten enough sleep?

RE: Technology by Filox
So I can't get the cooling system off.

I was playing a game, not even 5minutes in and it shut off. I restarted immediately and went into the bios monitor thingy (f2 on start up) and it was reading the cpu at 106 degrees...
So I turned it off, unplugged everything and took it out into the dinning room. The copper pipes were too hot to touch. I'm not even talking you could hold your fingers on there for a while, I mean they were to hot to touch even for a split second.
So I put it in the spare fridge to cool off.
After that I tried for a while to get the damn cooling system for the cpu off but it wont budge.

RE: Technology by Filox
I think I found the problem.
The fan, it's not spinning as fast as it usually does.
I have my desk fan pointed directly at it which has increased the cpu fan speed by 1000 rpm and the temp has gone from slowly increasing to 79 to slowly decreasing. 75 74 73 72 73 72...71.
And it still doesn't sound as loud as what it used to so I think the fan could go faster.

If that is the problem then perhaps I can simply adjust the fan speed with a piece software or in bios...

Have you reset the bios to default values? Do that first if you haven't... Then try.

Oh, and other thing, check the CPU fan connection, is it plugged in CHA fan by mistake?

Tell me what is happening after bios reset. Touch nothing else.
