Texting/calling/whatever and driving.
At 9:32 last night, I lost someone very close to me.
She was driving to go to her boyfriend's house, when she reached down to send a message. I hope that message was important because it ended her life.
She ended up in the other lane and hit a semi head-on, killing her instantly.
Thank goodness that her daughter wasn't in the car, but still... she's gone.
She was like a sister to me, always looking out for me and giving me advice.
And now she's gone.
Please.
Don't text and drive.
Because that message, could be your last.

Undecided

A tragic preventable loss. Very sorry to hear.

I never ever do this whilst driving. EVER!

I don't drive but I admit to checking my phone while cycling. Next time I think of doing that, I will remember your friend.

I'm sorry for your loss. I could not imagine what it would be like to lose someone close to me like that.

Sorry to hear that, but I must admit that I tend to multi-task while driving all the time, texting, calling, eating, I even rolled a joint once while driving. Practice, what can I say.

Still, not something to recommend to others.
