Just to make everyone hungry again:
chocolate walnut cake ![]() This cake is special because: * No added sugar * No butter or oil * Not milk Instead of sugar I used a liquid sweetener, no brand and I can't tell you what exactly it is because my Romanian sucks but I could not see aspartam or acesulfam on the label so no clue what it is. Instead of milk I simply used water. Instead of butter or oil there is chocolate in the cake and that was enough. For diabetics, I am very sure you can use the chocolate for diabetics just as well or you simply put some butter and cocoa instead of normal chocolate, and a little more of the sweetener. Won't make much of a difference for the taste but probably a little less BE as the sugar from the normal chocolate is missing. Darth Vader
