Really?

They're like $4 for a 12 pack. That's like €3. How much do they cost there?

I'm not sure, i've not been in since last year. I just remember that everything was very expensive. I bought a can of strawberry fanta from there. Just because I'd never seen one before (they have never been sold over here) so thought id try it, and it cost me a few quid. Not cheap for one can. They don't have a website so I can't check the prices.

Mine.

Recipe:
Take clean, empty bottle.
Fill from tap.
Tap water comes from 310 ft (100m) deep artesian well. Perfect pH and mineral content. And it is cold.

We did have an American sweet shop here for about a year. Everyone realised that America only sweets suck and stopped going. Tongue

They don't seem to last long, there was 3 or 4 in the city centre. But there's only one that's still open (that i know of). If they were cheaper I'm sure they would still be here.
They sell the sweets that you used to be able to buy here, when I was a kid, but stopped selling for some reason.

I recently found a British goods shop nearby and bought some Irn-Bru, some ginger beer, and some Sherbet Lemons.

The most noticeable thing is that all of them are less sweet than their American equivalents.

I grew up eating Cadbury's, Rowntree, English marmalades. Should I try the ketchup? Would it be less sweet or more vinegary than American ones?

RE: The Best Bottled Water
I used to know these Americans who had to water it down because they couldn't handle how fizzy it was. Tongue
