The Extreme Right
I think the far extreme right is America's Taliban when it comes to woman's rights and their views on religion. You only need to hear a Tea party nut job speak about God and country for 1 minute to know they are crazy.

History, I believe, furnishes no example of a priest-ridden people maintaining a
free civil government. This marks the lowest grade of ignorance, of which their
political as well as religious leaders will always avail themselves for their
own purpose. ~ Thomas Jefferson

RE: The Extreme Right
Just last week Rush Limbaugh threw acid in a woman's face for trying to learn to read.
Liberty University just threw out all of its female students claiming that the bible doesn't want women to be educated.
I clearly see the comparison.
The further you move left the more extreme the right looks.
From California, NY looks very close the Japan.

The old gods are dead, let's invent some new ones before something really bad happens.

Is this satire?

Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.

Only if you're angry and in a seated position...
