Thumbs Up The "Fast Diet" is working for me
Ran across this about 2 months ago and figured I'd share it here since it does seem to be working. Essentially, you just keep your calories below a certain level on 2 non-consecutive days of the week. Every Tuesday & Thursday I do my best to not go over 600 calories and so far I've dropped a little over 15 lbs. That's all I've changed, nothing else. It hasn't been too difficult really and I think it actually causes me to eat smarter on my off days.

I was drawn to this because I remember the guy that came up with it doing these cool BBC science documentaries.

Hmmm,i try to do my best in eating more than the average person.
Do they have a list on what not to eat? I might eat everything presented in that list

I don't really like going outside.
It's too damn "peopley" out there....

I do this anyway. I call it the school diet. Two days out of the week I'm at school all day. When I'm at school, two things occur:

1) I have little time to eat so a lot of times I skip a meal

2) I'm super bored of all the fast food crap, but not rich enough to keep eating at the sushi bar around there so I eat little when I do
