Sure

Shekinah, loves "Golden Manna".

Which you would call oatmeal

With the spice "Ginger" added.

Commonly called

Shekinah's Golden Manna.

And she likes

Spaghetti

Made

With "angel hair"

Noodles.

Her "two favorite" meals.

Right there.

Never tried ginger in oatmeal, I like it as a spice though in many dishes. So, what does she eat as spaghetti topping?

Gruyere and Brie are yummy soft cheeses. A great simple (yet fancy sounding) recipe is to get a nice thick sirloin steak, hollow a pocket in it from the side and stuff it with brie. Use cooking thread to seal up the entry point and broil/grill to your desired temperature. The Brie gets all melty and gooey inside the steak. The brie also adds saltiness to the meat as well. Damn just thinking of it makes me hungry.

That sounds awesome. I would want to try the same concept with a burger. Any suggestions as to what cheese would work best in the middle of a big juicy burger?

Juicy Lucy Burger

Big thing in the twin cities is the stuffed cheeseburger aka the Juicy Lucy (or Jucy Lucy depending on which bar you are at)

Yeah. Think it would be good with brie? No way I'm using American.

But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

If you use a cheese that turns liquid when hot, it'll run into the meat and you won't taste it much. You want a cheese that holds together like Mozarella, or what I like, a mix of Mozarella (mild flavored but holds together well) and cheddar for flavor.

Blue cheese also works well.
