I called you a troll.

As evidence, see your opening post in this thread.

Or do you not remember advocating imprisonment, torture and mass murder?

I realize that many religious conservatives are okay with that, but most of us here are not.

It was militant atheism that did this. These are our beliefs. Who are we to deny our soviet brothers who call themselves atheists and go about the massacre of millions of people?

As good atheists we should acknowledge and celebrate their achievements.

How can we in all reason and science deny our brothers here?

"he league embraced workers, peasants, students, and intelligentsia. It had its first affiliates at factories, plants, collective farms (kolkhoz), and educational institutions. By the beginning of 1941, it had about 3.5 million members from 100 nationalities. It had about 96,000 offices across the country. Guided by Bolshevik principles of antireligious propaganda and party's orders with regards to religion, the League aimed at exterminating religion in all its manifestations and forming an anti-religious scientific mindset among the workers. It propagated atheism and scientific achievements, conducted 'individual work' (a method of sending atheist tutors to meet with individual believers to convince them that gods do not exist); most of the peasantry was unimpressed, and even the party apparatus considered the League to be meddling and inefficient.[4][5][6] The League's slogan was "Struggle against religion is a struggle for socialism", which was meant to tie in their atheist views with economy, politics, and culture. One of the slogans adopted at the 2nd congress was "Struggle against religion is a struggle for the five-year plan!"[7] The League had international connections; it was part of the International of Proletarian Freethinkers and later of the Worldwide Freethinkers Union."

Wikipedia is hardly relevant; it has it uses but if you really want to know something about religious or quasi-religious Soviet regime then I reccomend Martin Malia, Robert Service, Richard Pipes, Simon Sebag Montefiore, Raymond Aron and sadly untranslated Rafał Imos*.

Similar insight could be found in some books about Third Reich. If I recall correctly Martin Kitchen and Richard Grunberger write about this.

*Yes, I know that I am repeating myself. Topic though is important enough.

That page makes it quite plain that this was first and foremost a soviet communist organization and their activities were done in the name of that regime. There is nothing about the lack of a belief in a god that supports their actions or their goals. Atheism has no tenets or dogma. Individual atheists may take up other causes but that is a different matter.

As I said before, you evince no understanding of what atheism actually is. You have only a strawman version that is frequently portrayed by theists. What do you hope to accomplish here? Your lies are as transparent and your claims are nonsense.

They (our brothers) called themselves the League of Militant ATHEISTS... really? . If I was a theist this would be the reason I wouldn't argue with atheists because it would be like banging my head off the wall and an utter waste of energy for minds that are ironically enough already closed tightly shut in their own dogma.

However, luckily, I am a new found atheist as of 11th July last when I opened my eyes to science and became a free thinker and enlightened human being of decency and morality.

I didn't think you could look any more stupid than you already had and yet you continually manage to top yourself. That's impressive.

Funny; I imagined atheists to be more intelligent but maybe it's a lack of complex thinking or imagination perhaps. A more dull minded seriousness; blinkered like a race horse ; interesting stuff.

My new friends are different to what I expected.

If you really want to learn what atheists are like then drop the pose and be honest in your questions and your answers. If you aren't willing to do that then it isn't worth attempting to engage with you.
