before I start I will say that no prophet of God will be visiting any atheist forums.

1) they write books that are called "scriptures" .
2) they translate and correct scriptures
2) they build temples
3) they build Kingdom of God on Earth
4) they lead house of Israel - God's chosen people or God's Church
5) they prophecy
6) they give blessings
and many other things.

Did you meet a person like this?

As a matter of fact, I have. Tongue

Better be careful. Someone's gonna say you're promoting a hostile work environment. Hell I had a Sailor Bubba image displayed on my door and the politically correct police told me someone might find it offensive. I said "Well what if I just wore it to work as part of my religious beliefs instead?" .... :crickets:

That might be true if there actually were a god. Drinking Beverage

You must be stationed at Ramstein. In the US we go with The Burt not The Hasseldork.

If so, how?
If not, how do you know he's sometimes responsible?

Bumping this as it seems to have been overlooked

More to the point, what the hell difference does it make whether god was a causative factor or not? Even if you could tell, what effect would that have on what you do in consequence? You know god fucked you over; you make rectification. You know it wasn't god that fucked you; you still make rectification.

Still, HOW one would ever discern the difference is a matter no theist has ever deigned to think through, else they wouldn't voice so obvious an absurdity.

According to this: Isaiah 45:7King James Version (KJV)

I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.

There is no "sometimes". Big Grin

I will call him a liar and a dog here and now.
