A real eye opener

But fact is , the individualistic holistic islamic Spain for example had fundamentally influenced both the individualistic protestant reformation & the philosophical liberalism + Empiricism of protestant John Locke, to mention just that fact

Tell me about it indeed , thanks , appreciate

Happy New Year , Folks

RE: Science & Islam
I don't think anyone's arguing that the early Muslim countries didn't make great scientific advances. That's clear in this Mr. Deity clip if nowhere else. What we don't believe is that there's any correlation between the Muslim religion and scientific discoveries. The advances they made were despite the Q'uran, not because of it.

My girlfriend is mad at me. Perhaps I shouldn't have tried cooking a stick in her non-stick pan.

Deadly Wrong :

The scientific method, induction...came right out of the .....Qur'an mainly :

That was proved by great poet & philosopher Sir Dr. Muhammad Iqbal , among many others :

you can download his ebook on the matter for free here below :

See also this free ebook Iqbal quoted on the matter :

The above mentioned ebooks also proved the fact that evolution itself was discovered by muslims centuries before Darwin was even born, among many many many other things

Good luck
