The Ricky Gervais Show
Have any of you watched this before? If you haven't, I highly recommend it. You can catch a few clips on YouTube, but I recommend watching the entire series for some really good laughs. Also the show, "An Idiot Abroad". Both involve a guy named Karl Pilkington who is really a very interesting person to try to understand. Ricky's reactions really just make this show a blast, and Stephen Merchant is an excellent voice of calm reason.
I've been watching it off and on for the last year, and every time I come back to it there's something new to laugh about. Check it out if you haven't already! Here's a quick clip (NSFW language): Also: You can watch the shows for the animations or just listen to the podcasts. The animations are sometimes hilarious in themselves, but they only add to an excellent podcast to start with. Just don't go into it expecting an education. It's almost entirely pure inanity. Yea - these guys are great! I got a couple of these podcasts free from my book club, but now they want money for them, and I'd rather use real money for books.
Are you getting them free somewhere? I'm thrifty or cheap, your preference.
