Pretty much. Old man should've kept his tweeter shut.

Pretty much. Old man should've kept his tweeter shut.

If he ends up impeached, that's going to be the reason. Man can't keep contradicting his own official cover stories.

Need to think of a witty signature.

Can't indict a president. But this can lead to serious problems. If the special council determines Trump obstructed justice, republicans in the congress will pressure Trump to resign or they'll be forced to go along with impeachment to protect their majority.

Pence will take over and pardon Trump ala Nixon.

You can bet your ass Pence is shitting his pants too. His starting position of innocent by ignorance is pretty suspect to begin with, even less so to someone like Mueller who knows firsthand how smart Pence is.

This thing's gonna get really fucked up now. That acting AG in charge of all things Russia was party to Comey's firing which means Mueller's going to call him as a witness, which means he will have to recuse himself, which means the GS-5 working the mail room is now in charge.

Diment said she hires housekeepers from Jamaica because there aren't enough people in rural, southern Maine looking for seasonal work. Maine is at its lowest unemployment on record, 3 percent. She has hired U.S. college students, but they go back to school in August, well before the season ends in October.

"I'm always going to hire an American first. I'm always going to hire someone locally first," Diment said. "We're not using this program because it's easy. It's not. It's very difficult and expensive, but we're using it because we have no other options."

Do you know what would help Americans move to Maine to find work? Universal healthcare. You know, so you could change jobs and move without fear of losing coverage.

What are Trump and the Republicans doing their best to burn to the ground again? Oh wait...

LDH is right on this.

The indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President would unconstitutionally undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions.

This does not mean, of course, that a president is above the law. It simply means that the process is different; it's a political process (impeachment and eventual conviction by the Senate) rather than one involving, say, police, prosecutors and whatnot.

There's little doubt that Repubs in the Repub-controlled 74% disapproval congress are going to have a hard time supporting Trump and his own 60% disapproval rating - which is as high a disapproval rating, in the shortest amount of time, by any modern president. Ever. Source: http://www.businessinsider.com/trumps-di...lup-2017-6

The WSJ is reporting that the NSA has a memo documenting Trump asking the NSA to change its conclusion on Russian interference in the election. The NSA refused.

The WSJ is part of News Corp, the Fox empire, run by Rupert Murdoch. And Fox is already on record as calling Trump a liar. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6EdTc2M4RR0

When Trump loses Fox, he's toast.

It's reminiscent of when LBJ was criticized by Cronkite during the Vietnam War. LBJ remarked, “If I’ve lost Cronkite, I’ve lost America.”

Now, I don't expect Trump to have LBJ's level of personal insight, but some of his Repub colleagues might. It's going to interesting watching congressional and senatorial righties turn on their own because Trump is obliterating their chances in 2018.

NSA Memo: Trump tried to get Admiral Rogers (head of NSA) to make statement saying he wasn't colluding with Russia; that he didn't believe 2016 intelligence Russia interfered with US elections.
