The dress kind of looks like what the Earth looks like when you're a bazillion miles away from the planet Moon.

If we came from dust, then why is there still dust?

I don't think it works for we colour blind folk. Then again it might just be my monitor.

Give me your argument in the form of a published paper, and then we can start to talk.

Ceci n'est pas une robe.
This post seriously needs more appreciation.

Btw, how you see the dress depends on your age Dodgy , as I found out right now.

Younger people tend to see it as black and blue and older (looking discretely at KC) as white and gold.
As I see it as gold and blue so I guess I'm middle aged Sadcryface2

No matter how I look at it, I cannot see black in that darker color. What I see when I look is a blue/purple color and brown. I could see where you'd get white and gold from that, but I just cannot see black.

That is exactly how I see it. And no matter how many times I look away and look back, it always looks the same.

You can debate the color all you want. The dress is still ugly.

But as if to knock me down, reality came around

Can you make blue and shit-brown/shit-gold an option? I was in a Skype call with Ato and some of our gaming friends last night and one of our friends in the call started spazzing out about this. Triggered a huge rant on perspective. That's all it really is.
