I would like to know that too. I wasn't even aware there was an amazon board.

I welcome you all, regardless Smile

Amazon has hundreds of different forums. They were originally created by users using product tags. Ammy thought it would be a good marketing ploy and that people would busily do nothing but promote products. Social media was new at the time, so it wasn't as nutty an idea as it seems now.

The URL format for all of their forums is:
http://www.amazon.com/forum/forumname
So the atheist forum is: http://www.amazon.com/forum/atheist

You can type in almost anything for
forumname and come up with an existing forum, most of which have been long abandoned. You must have an Amazon account and have purchased something from Amazon to use a forum.

I'll have to think about whether I want to keep my account at Amazon, based on this information. Huh It ain't the only place to buy things cheaply.

And, "Ö!", "Ö!", "Ö!". Like I'm sure that's gonna send the forum management team into hysterics. Rolleyes You wouldn't believe what people get away with here! We can even post (.) (.) and not get banned! Big Grin
