The link between female promiscuity and disloyalty
I've heard it said that promiscuous women aren't loyal.

Political correctness aside, is there any scientific evidence to support this?

... and if so could you make the same argument about promiscuous men?

I didn't make any argument, I'm just asking if there's evidence.

You really are obsessed aren't you ?

Define "promiscuous".

Some promiscuous PEOPLE, (if they are in relationships in which they have AGREED to be monogamous) may be disloyal.

If you sleep around behind your partner's back that is considered disloyal in the majority of cases, but I have no idea how you could try to apply it only to females.

What are you talking about? obsessed about what? What i'm asking is if there's any evidence to support the argument.

I'm not. I'm just asking if there's evidence to support the argument.

I know but this would clarify whether the disloyalty is gender specific or common to promiscuous behaviour in general.

What kind of evidence?

In civilised society it is considered a personal betrayal to cheat, but in some less civilised area it is a crime which can be punished by death, and in some circles people don't mind at all; doggers, key partiers, etc.

The kind of disloyalty you must be referring to with the link between promiscuous behavior and disloyalty is that of people 'cheating' on partners, which of course isn't a female issue; it's something both genders do. And of course sometimes it is considered a personal disloyalty, sometimes a legal one, and sometimes not any disloyalty at all.

I'm not sure what evidence you want of the link. I'm very sure that statistics of promiscuous people's likelihood of cheating compared to 'average people' do not exist.
