The fact of her being his 3rd wife is pretty far down the list of shit that the RCC would worry about. If one reads the history of the papacy (not that crap about Peter being the 1st pope in the great sci-fi saga widely known as the "Holy Bible", one will see some damned interesting shenanigans.

Right, and he got (bought) a proper annulment to marry her, BUT he was cheating on his previous wife when he starting taking up with her. I'm thinking some big money Catholics are gonna say "nope".
