Fair enough! With me being British I don't keep up with Baseball as much as I'd like too. I got into it in high school and would have to record the games at night, and then watch then in the morning lol. Theses days I don't get chance to watch all that much but I still rock the Philadelphia Phillies cap on an almost daily basis Big Grin

That's cool you're a baseball fan. My Red Sox cap is really the only hat I wear (obviously given it's state of disrepair Tongue ). In Boston, your coming of age is going to your first Sox game at Fenway. Big Grin

Boston eh? Can you say "do you wash it after?" in a Boston accent? Random request, but it sounds funny haha.

Cool though, I've never seen a live baseball game. We do have teams over here, but it's very small league and spread out a bit so it's hard to catch a game. One day I'll visit the Philadelphia stadium and enjoy a 'dog and a flat beer Smile

Is "gone flat" a term the US has? Like when your coke goes "flat" and you have no bubbles? it might be me hearing to many american things on TV, but I'm told the beer at baseball games is well known for not being as "gassy" as it would be in a bar for example.

I can Big Grin My Boston accent has since merged with a California accent (since I live here now). One of the people who used to come on TTA a lot said I sound like a gangsta California girl Laugh out load My Boston accent comes out in full force though when I go back home...or when I get mad. My bf says I sound like Marisa Tomei from My Cousin Vinny when I'm mad (although, she's a New Yorkah in the movie Big Grin)

Awesome! My uncle lives in California, I couldn't tell you where about's though, I often forget how big states are compared to places over here. If you ever see a fairly large English bloke, probably wearing a Liverpool soccer shirt who has an American wife, that's probably him haha.

HA, amazing, So its all "HEY AM WALKEN HERE" and "CWARFEEE" at your house then?

I see. I guess they are a bit flat. After a few you don't notice anymore though.

I didn't know if you had some strange foreign word for beer like the Aussies do for coffee. They call a coffee with milk a flat white.
