The wildlife in my yard.
We have had bunnies and squirrels over the years and tons of birds. Now a damn opossum is having late night snacks under the bird feeder and driving my dogs nuts.

Animal control wants a 60.00 cash deposit to let us borrow a live trap.

Guess the dogs better adapt. Hobo

I'm not anti-social. I'm pro-solitude. Sleepy

That's unfortunate... get a .22 or BB gun and scare the critter away.

I think cardboard boxes can be had for less. Opossums are stupid and easy to trap - just chase it into the box and then tape up the box, drive out to the country, and dump it out somewhere. I've caught 'em before in cat carriers that way (had 'em sitting around). Or just get a shovel and whack it in the head a couple times.

Better without God, and happier too.

My mom once cought a lizard with a wire roll like this

she toss it across the backyard and trapped the little bugger... I wanted it to live but my dad "finished" it with a vertical strike of a shovel, very medieval, very fun Evil_monster

HA! I would but I don't go around running amok in people's back yard. Smile

I suggest you just leave it be. I have all kinds of critters, but they all come and go. That opossum won't be around very long.

The only animals I trap or kill are the home invaders or the dangerous ones.

You can make you backyard unattractive to critters with light and/or noise. Firecrackers are my favorite, but trash can lids work.
