Theft from Army National Guard Armory
Last Saturday, someone broke into the Lincoln Stoddard Army Reserve Center in Worcester, MA and stole 16 firearms: 6 M4 assault rifles and 10 M11 pistols.

The perp was arrested as he had left blood at the crime scene and he was wearing an electronic monitoring bracelet which placed him at the scene at the time. Laughat

He cut the bracelet off after he did the crime. Facepalm

Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.

Good thing the guy was an idiot, imagine what could have happenned if he was smart. Then again, someone should perhapse review the security measure of the place. If a complete moron could steal those weapons, it must not have been that hard.

Every armory I've been to is set up in such a way that it would require a bit more sophistication to pull of such a robbery than what this guy had going on. If I had to place bets, I'd say someone probably screwed up and didn't secure it the way they were supposed to, and that someone is probably in deep shit now. It just shouldn't be that easy.

"Don't answer that. A rhetorical question."
