What kind of cheese?

Imagine the tasty combination of provolone, mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta and mascarpone!( I just found that recipe on the food network,to find a cheesy one... a few minutes ago after you asked what kind of cheese... ) usually just ricotta, parmesan and mozzarella...but I want to impress you with cheesiness so i looked one up. it is snowing too hard to go buy it though, crock pot soup tonight... Lots of snow and bitterly cold too. I wish there was a cheese smilie...

Read the label. It's a "pasteurized prepared cheese product". Shocking Not cheese.
