RE: Things in reality that can't be true if the Bible is correct.
There are mountains eight to ten thousand feet high that are easy to climb, even without technical climbing skill or apparatus. There are even some 14,000-foot-tall mountains that are walk-ups.

So, this god person gets pissed because they built a tower that cannot conceivably be even a thousand feet tall, but he himself builds walk-up mountains that are 14,000 feet high, and other mountains that can be climbed by expert teams that are as much as 29,029 feet high.

If the Bible is true, mountains cannot exist.

Even "nothing is unstable" why should universe be stable?

Well, at least we agree that your answer was stupid, but how is the question stupid? Don't just ad hom, support your position.

So, do you have to talk like you're the college lecture notes version of your own posts? Or is it just a stylistic thing to give yourself even less credibility?

Hate to tell you, but the universe is unstable. Large parts of it are on fire, exploding, compacting into nothing, cold as death, crashing into other parts, or doing other weird things. You seem to be implying that without a god the universe would be so unstable that it couldn't be in its current state, and I'd just love to know how you determined that.

Just imagination. There can be undiscovered law of physics that says that universe will disappear tomorrow. It was already discussed in other thread.

So basically you make things up, and then pretend that your imagination should be a problem for other people. Awesome. Rolleyes

The story decribes how different language came about. Of course any idiot can see that languages evolve from other languages so I'll skip the meaning of the story and pick and equally idiotic part of the tale.
God ...
But let's ignore this nonsense and get to the point.
If this story is to be taken literally (as many do) then we know god doesn't like the idea of people reaching Heaven. If he would not allow us to build a tower that tall he would not allow us the space program. If the bible is to be taken literally, NASA doesn't actually do anything.
There is no space program. Its obviously a lie straight from the pits of Hell.
You got one?
My question is, "Why build a tower when you could just climb a mountain?". It's a silly story.[/php]

No, no, no. This was before the Flood. There weren't any mountains until after the flood.
Just ask Drich or Q or CotW or Laramie or any those clueless fuckwits who has hold of The Truth™.

They arose after the flood. See above. Yes

I can imagine reaching in my pocket and pulling out a magic dog that shits golden biscuits, but it's not likely to happen.

You can lead a theist to reason, but, you cannot make him think.

After the flood, the natural laws of the universe where changed. There were no rainbows before the flood.

Sry for double post.
