RE: Things that drive me nuts in movies
Villain get knocked out and the protaganist desperately tries to escape before they come to.
Instead of just stomping the villains skull to a mushy pulp.

An android/robot asking a human for something thats innate to them.
LikeT800 asking for a torque wrench in T2.
And many other movies androids asking for weights and distances.

Unrealist accuracy and range of firearms.
Ignoring magazine capacity of guns
Not taking cover in a firefight
Cars explode from gun fire
Bullets shooting people if an ammo crate catches on fire.
There are just too many things to whine about

Theism is to believe what other people claim, Atheism is to ask "why should I".

When someone gets hung up on while on a cell phone and they get a dial tone! Hobo Censored Hobo

Almost ANY technology use in movies and TV. It makes me want to punch a hole in my TV when I see terribly flagrant abuses of technological ignorance. Seriously, pay someone on your IT staff to read over the tech parts of the script. The more they laugh, the worse you should feel. Dodgy

She turned me into a NEWT. I got better, though.

If we were to list off every gun inaccuracy in Hollywood, this would be the longest thread on the forum. Dodgy

If I were the bad guy, I'd fuck with them by saying "nope, no one here"

It's not something that drives me nuts, it's just irritating;
When characters are stranded somewhere for days or weeks, and they still look clean.

Nude scenes with body doubles. Either do the nude scene or don't have them, but the cuts necessary for body doubles have a tendency to briefly shatter the suspension of disbelief required to enjoy most films or TV shows. It's a bit like a bad continuity error.

When the music and sound effects are so loud that they drown out the dialog. If it's important enough for the actors to say then shouldn't we be able to hear it?

See here they are, the bruises, some were self-inflicted and some showed up along the way. - JF
