Lay the salmon (skin down) in the cedar plank (be sure to soak the plank!)
Mix 1tsp to 1tbsp of cayenne pepper (depending on how spicy you like it) with 1 cup of brown sugar. Add a pinch of black pepper if you want a little extra kick.
Use the cayenne pepper and brown sugar as a rub and coat the entire surface of the salmon (minus what is laying down on the plank) on the salmon.
Toss it on the grill till it's done. It caramelizes, keeps the moisture in and it's freaking tasty.

Skin will stick to the plank and the good bit of the salmon just strips right off, moist and easy to pull off.

That sounds good, but I am confused about this plank. This may sound silly, but I know nothing about cooking. Is this plank like a cutting board? And you put the plank ON the grill? I know someone will probably be laughing at those questions....

But yes... tomato sauce is awesome. Tomato sauce with okra is astounding.

Nothing is good with okra. It's vile.

Mayonese and mustard work pretty well together as dressing for Coleslaw. Before I made my first own coleslaw I had no idea how well that goes together.

Cedar planks are precut boards basically. You lay meat or whatever on them and cook it over a grill after you've soaked the plank. The water keeps it from catching on fire when it's soaked, and the smoke soaks into the meat or food to give it flavor and aroma.
