Eh, the only good things about Japan are the animation, the experimental robots and mechs and the fact that it's incredibly easy to be a millionaire.

1 million yen is the equivalent of 8353.66 US dollars, 10441.09 Australian dollars, 5333.38 British pounds, or 7339.137 Euros.

That would also be 35.24432 Bitcoins, if you're either a deep web drug dealer or a libertarian.

I stand corrected.

It is easy to obtain amounts of money which otherwise may be considered absurd, were the amounts transferred to to another currency without correction.

Yabut IQ isn't a reliable method for intelligence indication.
Additionally, why does it matter? Can't say I've heard of US Secret Police arresting expressive dissidents recently.

Exactly. So what that tells you is... they're either very very bad or...

Y'know, I had wondered what that vague angst I've been feeling was about. I've been anxious and nervy, and sometimes feel a bit of a wrench in my gut.

Now I know, it's because you hate us.

Well, either that, or the Taco Bell I ate. Same difference. Smile

Sharia Courts are such entities. The problem arises because the decisions, which are based on published Sharia laws, oftentimes are in conflict with American (Western) standards of human rights and are unconsitutional (especially in relation to equal treatment under the law for women).

You realise that does not happen in the US as a religious court is by definition unconstitutional. This is not England we have the 1st amendment.

It doesn't happen in England either. Despite what you see on the interwebs, England is not sanctioning or approving of Sharia Courts either.

This sounds like straightforward fear mongering, with a dash of racism, to me.
