RE: To Appreciate curls
I've always liked my curly hair, I just wish I had more of it. I'm jealous of women who have tons of hair.

Dark, I could have taught you how to rule it in. Just takes some know-how.

RE: To Appreciate curls
I have curly hair, though it hasn't been long enough to show since I was maybe 19.

Swing with me a while, we can listen to the birds call, we can keep each other warm.
Swing with me forever, we can count up every flower, we can weather every storm.

I do bicep curls, and triceps extensions, and I do appreciate them. Big Grin

Curls are for girls. The arms and pecs are smaller than the ass, the quads, the hammies, the lats, the traps and the delts. My prediabetic ass prioritizes the big muscles 'cause they're the ones who can suck up the most sugar. Deadlifts, squats, bent-over rows. I can lift and squat and row close to twice my 220 lb bodyweight, but I can barely bench 175. My A1C is stable at 5.7%. Curls are for girls. Tongue
